Writer's Perspective
The "Writer's Perspective" is a visual documentation of my childhood writings. I recreated the feelings visually using a palate mix of orange white, grey and black. Orange and white represent the happy memories while grey and back account for the sad ones. The project is a mix of non-face portraits and object photography.
Recognition Week was an HR-driven initiative in our workplace, dedicated to celebrating one another's achievements. For this event, I took the lead in designing engaging collaterals such as eye-catching danglers, charming tent cards to adorn the office space, and unique appreciation cards placed outside each floor. These appreciation cards allowed employees to show their support for each other by signing their names and sharing uplifting messages. The campaign was met with resounding success, fostering a positive atmosphere throughout the week.

The overwhelming response was beyond our expectations. The demand for these cards exceeded the anticipated quantity, compelling the HR team to reprint them not just once, but three times over. The enthusiasm was palpable as employees eagerly collected and exchanged these cards, with smiles and camaraderie filling the atmosphere.
What brought me immense satisfaction was witnessing the genuine joy and appreciation that these cards sparked among colleagues. Observing individuals take a moment to acknowledge and uplift one another, sharing heartfelt sentiments, signified the campaign's profound impact on our workplace culture. It was a tangible manifestation of the connections and positive interactions that the campaign had fostered.
As the designer behind this successful initiative, seeing people actively engage with and cherish these cards became a testament to the campaign's effectiveness. The appreciation cards acted as catalysts for fostering a culture of recognition, camaraderie, and genuine human connection within the workplace.
